Instructor feedback is at the heart of product development at Hawkes. We don’t rely on guesswork; instead, we actively seek input from educators and use those insights to guide product enhancements that will make the most impact.
One of the most consistent requests we’ve received across disciplines is for more robust and diverse question banks to better align with instructional goals. One way we dare to be different from other publishers and courseware providers is by not just hearing instructors’ pain points but evolving to meet those needs through intentional innovation.
December 2024, we launched a catalogue-wide initiative to improve both the quantity and quality of question banks across several titles, and we’re thrilled to share the progress we’ve made.
