Student Account Password Reset

After you create your Hawkes Learning student account, you can reset your account password by email or by text message.

Email Password Reset

  1. Go to https://learn.hawkeslearning.com and select Forgot password.

  2. Enter your account email address and click Submit.

An email with a password reset link will be sent to your email account Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder if the email doesn't deliver to your inbox.

Text Password Reset

Available if you entered a verified phone number during account creation or from within your account under Settings > Account.

Text Password Reset currently only supported for United States and Puerto Rico phone numbers.

  1. Go to https://learn.hawkeslearning.com and select Forgot password.

  2. Enter your account email address and click Submit.

  3. You'll receive a text message with a six digit code. Enter the code to reset your account password.
