This session uses The Beatles and James Bond to demonstrate qualities of ambition, honesty, purpose, competence, skill, and joy that we can instill into our students that will motivate them to address challenging work in college and in their intended careers. And sometimes, that motivation occurs in a single moment of connection between ourselves and our students.
