Instructors often never even meet their students face-to-face, and learners may be engaging with content from different time zones, devices, or life circumstances. In this session, we’ll explore how plain language and intentional design can strengthen the clarity of syllabi, assignment instructions, and rubrics, ensuring students understand expectations, feel supported, and stay motivated regardless of when or where they’re learning.
