By focusing on student reflection of solutions, the shift in learning goes from obtaining a correct answer to critical analysis of the solution that chatbots produce. GenAI can produce step-by-step solutions to mathematics problems. What if instructors have students evaluate these solutions for accuracy, clarity, and the underlying concepts?
