How Do I Change My Name, Account Email Address, or Student ID?

Your first name and last name are permanently attached to your account. If your name is incorrect or has been legally changed, please email support@hawkeslearning.com.

You can change your account  email address or student ID by following these steps:

1. Sign in your Hawkes web platform account.

2. Press Settings.

3. Select the Account tab.
   
   

4. Select Edit next to Personal Details.

5. Change the school, email address(es) and/or student ID.

6. Press Save Changes.
