Hawkes Learning Systems is undergoing scheduled System Maintenance

Event details

 

  • Description:
    A major upgrade to the underlying online grade book system which improves the speed and accuracy of data handling and reporting. 

 

  • Schedule:
    For up to 8 hours, beginning at 4:00AM ET on Sunday, May 20, 2012.

 

  • Who is affected:  
    Students and Instructors accessing the Hawkes online grade book, either directly or via the Hawkes software. 
     
  • Customer Impact and Workaround:  
    a.  Instructors and students will not be able to access webtests, curricula, or the online grade book during this period.
    b.  Students may continue working on lessons within the software by choosing “Work Offline” while logging into the Hawkes software.  Once the upgrade is completed, students should log into the Hawkes software so certificates completed “offline” can be automatically uploaded into the online grade book.
