How to generate a diagnostic report

Please send us a system diagnosis by doing the following:

1.	Windows XP: Click on the Windows Start button, then click on My Computer. Windows Vista / 7: Click on the Windows Start button, then click on Computer.

2.	Browse to Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Hawkes Learning Systems\ (Note: If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, the folder location will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Hawkes Learning Systems)

3.	Open the <ProductCode> folder, then open the Common folder.

4.	Double click on the "SysDiag" file.

5.	Click the "OK" button.

6.	Once the report is generated, it will be displayed.

7.	From the File menu, choose "Save As" and save the file to your Desktop.

Attach the report to an email and send to support@hawkeslearning.com for analysis.
