To correct error 340, “control array element 3 doesn’t exist”, which occurred while in a WebTest, please perform the following steps:

CHECK VERSION

1.Start the Hawkes software.
2.Look at the title bar at the top of the screen.
3.Are you using the Fall 2010 version of the software?

 

If not, perform the following steps:

INSTALL THE STUDENT SOFTWARE FROM THE WEBSITE

1.Go to http://www.hawkeslearning.com/StudentDownloads
2.Select your product from the drop down list.
3.Click on either the "Compact" or "Complete" installer link.
The only difference between the two downloads is that the Complete download includes all optional multimedia content (lesson narration and brief tutorial videos) that is included on the installation CDs.
4.When prompted, save the Installer program to your Desktop.
5.After the file is saved to your desktop, double click on it to begin the installation.
6.Follow the prompts.
7.Your Hawkes Course ID can be found at www.hawkeslearning.com/HawkesCourseID
