The Hawkes software requires English (US) as the default language for non-unicode programs.  The format for numbers must also be set to English (United States). To adjust your computer to use these settings, please perform the following steps:

Windows 7:

1.From the Start menu, open the Control Panel.
2.Click on the item called Clock, Language, and Region.
3.Click on the Administrative tab.
4.Set the language for non-unicode programs to English (United States) by clicking Change System Locale.
5.Save the changes and restart your computer.

 

Windows Vista:

1.From the Start menu, open the Control Panel.
2.Switch to the Classical View, then Open the Regional and Language Options
3.Click the Administrative tab.
4.Set the language for non-unicode programs to English (United States) by clicking Change System Locale.
5.Save the changes and restart your computer.

 

Windows XP:

1.From the Start menu, open the Control Panel.
2.Open the option called Regional and Language Options.
3.Click on the “Advanced” tab.
4.For non-unicode programs, set the default language to English (United States).
5.Save the changes and restart your computer.
