Error 438
To correct error 438, please perform the following steps:
REINSTALL ADOBE FLASH PLAYER
| 1. | Log in to your computer with an account that has administrative privileges. |
| 2. | Download the Flash reinstall utility from http://downloads.hawkeslearning.com/Other/AdobeFlashPlayer/ReinstallFlash10.exe |
| 3. | Once the file has downloaded, run it and follow the prompts to uninstall and then reinstall Adobe Flash Player. Note: You will be prompted to reboot your computer during the process. |
To verify that Flash was installed properly, open Internet Explorer and go to www.adobe.com/flashplayer.
If the flash video plays properly, then the reinstall was successful.
